Wendy -- we call them buckeyes, but some call them peanut butter balls...it's peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar mixed and then dipped in chocolate, leaving the top open so that they look like a buckeye. They are my FAVORITE! They take a lot of time to make (rolling the balls and then dipping them), but it's worth it! I freeze them and take a couple out every day during the holiday season :)
