When we were at Home Depot today, Santa happened to be there, too. No line. And they had a really nice picture taking area set up.

December 5
We had a slow day today. Had to run a few errands, but took a nap. Right now, we are waiting in line for the live, drive-thru nativity at a local church. We've never been before, but we've been in line for almost 45 minutes so far. It's very popular.

December 3 & 4
I was in bed by 7 last night due to a headache, so I couldn't write. Sorry 'bout that.
Look at dat face.
Yesterday, Logan had a field trip to the Gingerbread Festival. Zeb went with him and they had a good time together. Generally, Logan is a mama's boy, but he's been really into Zeb lately. That's fine with me. It's adorable.
Today, Logan only had school until 11:30. I spent the morning touring the Ronald McDonald house with work and then I picked him up from school. I took him to lunch. He got to choose the place. He picked Bandidos...it's my favorite and his favorite, but Zeb doesn't like it, so it's Logan & my special place.
The Chinese people are still staying with us, although they are rarely here. They are here for another week.
Right now, we are watching Star Wars. And Logan is really into it.

December 2
Today was a regular, busy day. We both worked. Logan had school. He went home after school with G & G Atchley and his cousins. They went shopping and then to McDonalds.
After work, I had to run to the post office. Got home about 5:30.
I picked Logan up at church. So, we got home from Bible Study about 8:05. Logan did his homework and then played video games for a little bit. He's currently in the tub. It's 9:25. That's a late night for us. Wednesdays are hard.
Current people count:
3 Johnstons
2 Saudi Arabians
2 Chinese
1 Yorkie

December 1
Last year, in December, I attempted to blog every day. We'll see if I can do it this year!
Tonight, we took all of our house guests out to dinner. We went to Ichiban, which is an Asian Fusion restaurant...the same one we took Dr. Jean to.
The owner of the restaurant called her parents to come...they ended up being from the same area of China that one of our guests is from. How cool is that?!?
Logan got some practice using his chopsticks. He ordered pot stickers, which are one of his favorite things in the world.
We made the boys (Abdul and Nawaf) go with us for supper, so we had quite the group! It was lots of fun!!
