He loves bubbles. A quote from one of my favorite movies, "I wish I loved anything as much as my kids love bubbles."
Logan (I just typed the word "Love" when I meant to type "Logan"...coincidence? I think not.) got a new shark towel.
Oh well.

All of the changes in Logan's daycare have definitely taken a toll on him. His behavior has taken a few steps backwards, as well as the potty-training. At lunch today (at a restaurant), he threw his plate of food. Parenting is such a difficult balance. I don't even know how to articulate how stressful it is to try to figure out what is the right thing to do. Yesterday, he threw some flash cards all over the ground and we told him to pick them up. He wouldn't. So, he gets in trouble and has to sit in his chair. He cried. We asked him if he was ready to pick the cards up and he said no. And he cried. We waited a few minutes and asked him if he was ready now. Nope. We waited a few minutes and asked him if he was ready now (he was crying and sitting in his chair this whole time). Finally, after a few times, he said that he was ready to clean up the cards. He was still crying, but he picked them up crying and singing his song, "Clean up, clean up, everybody clean up." No worries. We totally understand that this is a battle of the wills...2 year old vs. parents. We aren't giving up. We love him too much to let him do whatever he wants. But if you see us in a restaurant and he's throwing his food, don't think we're okay with it. We're definitely not.

I could possibly have been the children in day care 2...If he is with calmer, and better behaved children it will be an advantage to him. You won't have the trauma of starting kinder and school, that you would have done, had you been a stay at home Mummy.. You are doing a fantastic job of parenting the two of you ...God bless you all.
