Tired Little Boy
Logan was so tired today, he fell asleep on the table at the restaurant. More later on why he was so tired...for now, just enjoy this adorable pic Zeb took with his cell phone. We got so many "oooohhhh"s as people walked by.

Time Change and Other Random Thoughts
- I am convinced that whoever had the bright idea to switch to daylight savings time did NOT have children who are on a pretty strict routine. Poor Logan missed his morning nap during church and took 2 afternoon naps and now, it's 9:10 and he's trying to go to sleep in his crib (he's just laying there talking). His usual bedtime is 7:30 sharp!
- Logan now says "one, two." But I tried to video record it tonight and he just looked at me like he had no idea what I was talking about. Pretty much the same thing anytime I try to get him to do anything on camera.
- This morning, Logan hit his head at church and had a huge bump. It was on my watch, and I was devestated. I cried!
- To my dismay, this morning during church, Logan yelled, "MINE!" when someone had his toy. I was appalled....and still wondering where he learned that since everything in our house pretty much is his and he doesn't have to yell at us to give him anything :) I blame all of these negative things on daycare survival. He did get in trouble, by the way, and we are working on sharing.

Don't Fence Me In
Can someone tell spring that we're ready? I mean, the snow is gone, but the rain started. Cloudy skies seem like they are here to stay. But I couldn't take it anymore. I had to take the little guy outside to get some fresh air.

So Fun
We had so much fun this evening...nothing else to do but be together! Logan had me laughing so hard, I almost...well, you know....but we were chasing him down the hallway and when he got to the end, he started spinning around and around and saying "ahhhhhhhh." And when he stopped, he would run into the wall, or hug the wall, and then he would start again. We pretty much had to tackle him to get him to stop. I have NOOO idea where he learned to do that!
We jumped on the bed. And we laughed about that.
He laughed for a long time as I tried to impersonate the wicked witch from "The Wizard of Oz" (although he's never seen that movie) when I said, "I'll get you my pretty," and tickled him.
His daddy and I played "keep away" with his big green ball. When he starts running towards me and I throw the ball to Zeb, Logan also runs into me and gives me a hug. He doesn't do that with Zeb. He knows that mommys are for loving and daddys are for rough-housing (most of the time).
I don't know what I ever did to deserve such an amazing gift as Logan. But I'm guessing that it's nothing I did...just a wonderful gift from our heavenly Father.
We are working on him feeding himself. He's getting better at it every day!

Yesterday morning, as I got him out of his car seat to head into the babysitter's house, he squirmed a little and pointed to the ground and said, "I walk." WHAT?! WHAT?! So, I put him down and he proudly walked up to her house. Next thing you know, I'll be dropping him off at school a block away so that his friends don't see me *sigh*
