Last night, we said "goodbye" to our first international student. It was much harder than I thought it would be, emotionally. We opened our home and our hearts not knowing what to expect, but we have been so blessed on this journey. 
For the past few days, we've had 3 students in our home. On Sunday at lunch, we all sat around the table and had a meal together. My heart was full.
I like to think that we are helping the students - giving them a safe place to live and a family environment. But the truth is, they are giving us so much more! The joy that they bring into our family is something that we will always carry with us. And our family around the world just continues to grow and grow. What a blessing!!
